Our menu for coeliacs, in fact, has typical dishes from our kitchen in the “gluten free” version, like the ribollita, home made fresh pasta, the gnocchi (a type of pasta made with potatoes), fried food, pizzas and desserts all home made as is also our bread.
Being certified by AIC (the Italian Coeliac Association), we constantly frequent refresher courses and a tutor follows us from the Association. The kitchen management and is finalised to prevent cross contamination, both in the use of the areas as well as in the productive processes.
In our society, Coeliac’s Disease has become a common reality for many; for us restaurateurs it is a civil and sensitive duty to offer a gluten free menu, in complete security, health and serenity.
